Kiwi & Coconut Chocolate N'ice Cream Bowl
This recipe is so simple, but so delicious! If you’ve ever wanted some super cheap, super tasty ice cream that you don’t have to wait to soften up as to not end up with a bent spoon, this is for you. And the best bit?
It only has two basic ingredients, or one if you leave out the chocolate aspect!
Welcome to the magical world of n’ice cream (banana ice cream). Thank me later.
Ingredients (serves 1-2)
3-4 bananas, sliced and frozen overnight
2-3 tbsp cacao powder
Toppings: 1 kiwi (peeled if not organic, and sliced), 3 tbsp coconut flakes and 1 tbsp desiccated coconut.
1. In a food processor or very powerful blender, combine the frozen banana slices and cacao powder. You may have to occasionally stop the food processor and scrape down the sides. There’s no need to add any plant milk, just have patience.
2. Taste test (vital step obviously), and then scrape out the n’ice cream into two bowls. Top with whatever toppings you chose! There are maaaany more topping ideas over on my Instagram page if ya wanna have a look.
I hope you’re all having a gorgeous week so far.
Sending love and light,
